Shipping Info

Our current shipping rate is £5, unless otherwise stated. You will receive a tracking number when your item has been shipped. 

 

Our shipping times vary due to our products shipping directly from the manufacturer. Please allow at least 5-10 business days for your order to be delivered.

 

*Please note - There may be some slight delays due to the ongoing pandemic.

As a customer, you are responsible for writing the correct shipping address to us. If delivery fails due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address then we will not be able to refund you as the parcels are not return to us, especially for international deliveries.

Refunds & Exchanges

Our returns policy last for 14 days. If 14 days have passed then unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange the goods.​

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging, unopened.

Cancellations must be made within 24hrs of your order, if your request for cancellation is made after 24hrs it is likely the parcel has been shipped so we can not guarantee that we can cancel the order.
